Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the Secuyo platform operated by Secuyo Inc. ("us", "we", or "our").

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

1. Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide us with information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service.

2. Deals and Transactions

Secuyo provides a platform for users to engage in secure transactions ("Deals"). When a user initiates a Deal, they agree to our platform's fee structure. The buyer's funds are held in escrow and are only released to the seller upon successful completion of the Deal, as confirmed by both parties or determined by our dispute resolution process.

Any attempts to conduct transactions outside of the platform or circumvent our fee structure are strictly prohibited and will result in account termination.

3. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a disagreement between parties in a Deal, users can open an appeal. Our administrative team will investigate the dispute by reviewing the deal details and chat logs. The admin's decision is final and binding. Abusing the appeal system may result in account suspension.

4. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Engaging in any fraudulent activity.
• Selling illegal goods or services.
• Harassing, abusing, or harming another person.
• Violating any laws in your jurisdiction.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

6. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
